Monthly Payment Plan
YOUR FLEXIBLE MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN 2009/2010
Have you ever wanted to rent a Motorhome but thought that the high rental cost paid out in one go was a bit too much to bare? Now that’s a thing of the past with the New & Free Scenic Getaway Holiday Payment plan.
Scenic Getaway Motorhome hire would like to offer you the opportunity to Book one of our Luxury 2, 4, 5, 6 or even 7 berth motorhomes for 2009/2010 with no additional hidden charges. (Offer does not apply to our standard models)
What To Do
Firstly choose the Motorhome that suits your requirements and needs, then you tell us the dates you require in 2009 or 2010 and the Model/Berth you require from our luxury Fleet.
We will then get you to sign an agreement just as if you where paying your hire in full, it is then down to you the customer to decide what payments you make large or small, monthly or weekly until you have paid the amount outstanding on your hire vehicle. As long as the full rental payment is paid in full 4 weeks before the start of your rental/hire beings. Upon collection of the Motorhome you pay our agreed deposit as stated in our Scenic Getaway Motorhome rental terms and conditions to cover any accidents or Insurance claims.
Payments To Scenic Getaway
All payments to us at Scenic Getaway will be photocopied/scanned and an email or letter will be sent to you confirming that payment has been made and the outstanding balance owed on your rental account for your 2009 or 2010 Holiday.
All payments are to be either made in cheque, postal orders or by debit or credit card, as stated all payments must be paid in full 4 weeks before the agreed hire date.
Payment Plan Cancellation
You can cancel your rental/hire agreement at any time up till the 8th week of the payment due date of hire, all money paid will be returned in full with no penalties.
Cancellation After Week 8
After 7th Week we will return all of the payment made less a charge of £150.00 GBP
After 6th Week we will return all of the payment made less a charge of £200.00 GBP
After 5th Week we will return all of the payment made less a charge of £250.00 GBP
After 4th Week we will return all of the payment made less a charge of 65% of the total hire cost
After 3weeks of the due hire date – No refunds or Credit notes will be given
